In the afternoon, return to Elephant Hills then onward transfer to your hotel in Krabi. Check in to your hotel in Krabi and rest of the evening at leisure.
Accommodation: Ao Nang Phu Pettra Resort or similar
Day 6: Krabi (B/L)
After breakfast, join a full day tour to learn about Krabi and to discover some of its most famous attractions. First, drive to the most renowned temple of Krabi, the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Sue). Located in a beautiful valley surrounded by 1000 years old vegetation, it is a popular meditation centre in the region. We recommend a climb up the 600-meter high staircase (1,237 steps) to admire an impressive view of Krabi province from the summit of the temple. There is a large Buddha’s image and footprint. An early lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, go to one of the region’s numerous great hot springs to relax and enjoy the serenity of the surrounding nature. This is one of the last remaining lowland forests in Thailand. From there, walk along well-prepared trails, pass by many cascades and jungle pools, and discover the area’s rich flora and fauna. After this brisk walk, reach the Emerald Crystal Lagoon where you will be able to rest and swim.
